If essential treatment and therapy are being denied due to a funding crisis, the Government could just be building up more significant liabilities in the future.

Unless the Department of health has forgotten their duty to guard the health of the nation, denying essential treatment now, if deemed to fall below the legal standard, will only increase future liabilities for claims.

We need the NHS simply to keep the nation moving. Denying treatment only increases absences from work, harms the economy, and leaves the public financially worse off.
